FRIDAY FINDS

HELLO FRIDAY!  It's always so nice to see you.  Let's discuss some life updates:

We joined a gym.  I still suck at working out.  I painted an abstract.  It's sort of really cute.  One Direction is totally the new 'NSYNC.  The Wanted are totally the new BSB (that's Backstreet Boys for you non-tweens).  Oh and Team Ann Curry.

I have no pictures of the reno to show.  For one, I have NO phone #dontwannatalkaboutit.  And second, it looks like a tornado swept through our house followed by a hurricane earthquake combo.

So instead I'll round up my Friday finds for your viewing pleasure.

My blogger pal Erin (disclaimer: she doesn't know we're friends yet but she did this & I just knew) announced her new store and fashion brand TWO PENNY BLUE which focuses on chic, affordable blazers in fun colors.  My personal fav is the Cambridge (in mint obv). AND get this- not only is it made here in Amurrica but for every blazer you buy, they donate a school uniform to a girl in Africa.  Loves it.  Oh and did I mention she is hosting a giveaway right now to win a blazer of your choice?

FEELINGS

Lately I haven't known what to blog about. I feel torn all sorts of ways. I asked Brett if he wanted another baby (NO OMG WHAT NEVER). I struggled with Bowen's test at Texas Children's. I struggle telling people that she won't go to the school her siblings go to. How do you explain that? We get the results of her test tomorrow and I'm terrified. I feel like life isn't normal? SCONCES & SUCH

Let's take a quick look at the bathroom shall we? Subway tile = good, real gooooood. And we made a startling discovery when we ripped up the bathroom floor..... Awesome white vintage tile....seriously- why would you ever cover that up?! Unfortunately we couldn't salvage it since the previous owner had damaged a lot of them or we def would have! That's all the pics I have for you today since everything else is taped off in preparation for wallpaper install. SO let's begin with some random thoughts. I want  this sweater: I shall be adding this to the new shop : minty fresh In exactly two short months, we'll be here: Sconces were decided on for said bath thanks to Amber's blog : Hmmm, I think that's about it.
