6 DAYS

Doctor update!

She said that I'm still 1 CM dilated, but now 75% effaced and progressing right along.  We have an appointment for next Thursday (day after due date) but she seems real real confident that she will be seeing us at the hospital before then. We shall seeeee! I had a big contraction this morning that felt awful, but doesn't mean anything except to give me a taste of what's to come.

I went to babyGAP after to scope out their spring clothes (big mistake) and I could have literally gotten EVERYTHING in there.  I scooped up this lil thing for Easter:

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that like he will be here for Easter....for my birthday....for July 4th...don't know if that makes any sense but it's the best feeling to realize little things like that.

    OMG!!! I am dying to see his cute face all over your instagram!! My sister is 4 days ahead of you and still hasn't had her baby - hopefully things will go smoothly :)

FEELINGS

Lately I haven't known what to blog about. I feel torn all sorts of ways. I asked Brett if he wanted another baby (NO OMG WHAT NEVER). I struggled with Bowen's test at Texas Children's. I struggle telling people that she won't go to the school her siblings go to. How do you explain that? We get the results of her test tomorrow and I'm terrified. I feel like life isn't normal? SCONCES & SUCH

Let's take a quick look at the bathroom shall we? Subway tile = good, real gooooood. And we made a startling discovery when we ripped up the bathroom floor..... Awesome white vintage tile....seriously- why would you ever cover that up?! Unfortunately we couldn't salvage it since the previous owner had damaged a lot of them or we def would have! That's all the pics I have for you today since everything else is taped off in preparation for wallpaper install. SO let's begin with some random thoughts. I want  this sweater: I shall be adding this to the new shop : minty fresh In exactly two short months, we'll be here: Sconces were decided on for said bath thanks to Amber's blog : Hmmm, I think that's about it.
