Michelle & John's Bathroom

GOOD MORNIN'! You surprised to see me?  I know it's before 9, but I was too excited for this post to wait any longer.  I mean, I haven't even had my skinny vanilla latte yet so you know it must be special.  Today I'm showing you a design board I put together for my bestie Michelle & her hubby John.  They are in the process of renovating their house and when it's done, Michelle will be a guest blogger on hurr presenting the before & afters.  So excited to see the final product!!! We both got married last year, are both reno-ing our house, and are both traversing through Europa this fall.  Friend soulmates? I think so.

The board I designed is for one of their bathrooms & of course is just a draft of the final product, but we both loved it so much that we wanted to share it with y'all!  Thanks to my friend Lauren I am on an extreme color kick with MINT.  As you can tell from my previous post on our dining room, it's definitely my color of choice these days.  {As well as my ice cream of choice, but that's neither her nor there. It's the best, admit it.}

Let's take a quick look at the bathroom shall we? Subway tile = good, real gooooood. And we made a startling discovery when we ripped up the bathroom floor..... Awesome white vintage tile....seriously- why would you ever cover that up?! Unfortunately we couldn't salvage it since the previous owner had damaged a lot of them or we def would have! WORRIED MAMA

I have a confession:  I had my first pregancy freak out. Ok that was a lie. This is my second or third. But this time was a little different.  EVERYTHING is perfectly fine thank goodness. But over the past few days I think I had my first ''am I ready'' breakdown.  It all started yesterday afternoon with Finn.  She came into the house from outside with blood all over her paw. I started cleaning it but then it would gush all over again-- cue freak out.  Instinct kicked in and I immediately put the other two dogs away and started getting Finn ready to go to the vet.  Picture a pregnant woman trying to control a 92 pound dog on a leash by herself.  This might seem easy to some people but Brett ALWAYS takes care of this part.  We go to the vet together but he holds her, gets her in the car, gets her out, keeps her from other dogs at the vet, etc etc.  This part scares me.  But I had to manage so off we went.  I finally got her into the vet and immediately had no control ov
